About Our Community Centre
At Disa Dienssentrum, we believe every senior deserves to live with dignity, purpose, and joy. Our dedicated team and volunteers provide comprehensive community-based care and support services right here in Myddleton, Caledon. We're open Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, serving our current family of 30 active members. Whether you need a nutritious meal, social connection, or professional support services, we're here to help.
